Is the $500 mine, or the company’s?
Yours. The BONUS travel credit is in your name, for your own trips, and it is disclosed as exactly that. The cash back on bookings is the company’s and sits on the company account. Two separate things, running at the same time.
Do I have to be the one who signs the contract?
No. You have to be the one who brings us in. Whoever makes the introduction and gets the company onto Swivul through their link is the person the credit belongs to.
What does the company actually pay?
The rate it would pay anyway. Hotels and venues pay us the way they pay any booking platform, so the concierge service costs nothing on top, and the rewards never come out of the company’s rates or invoice.
How long does it take to reach a tier?
It depends entirely on how much the company travels. The thresholds are set out in the program terms, and we will walk you through where your company would land on a call before anyone commits to anything.
What happens if we stop using Swivul?
Credit you have already unlocked stays yours for 12 months from the day it lands. Tiers are held on the company account. Cancelled or refunded bookings do not count toward a tier, and any credit applied against them comes back off.

COMPANY REWARDS
1% back in credits on every purchase, excluding flights. 3% on Swivul hotels, rising to 4% at Black. Earned on the company account, separate from the personal credit.
REDEMPTION
Applied to your own personal bookings through Swivul. Minimum booking values and per-booking limits are set out in the program terms.
EXPIRATION
Credit expires 12 months after it is unlocked.
RESTRICTIONS
Personal bookings only. One credit per tier, per person, per company. Non-transferable, no cash value.
Program terms: One $500 credit per reward tier, per person, per company, across three tiers. Credit is non-transferable and has no cash value, and can be used only for personal bookings made through Swivul. Tier thresholds and reward rates are set by Swivul and may change. Canceled or refunded bookings do not count toward a tier and any applied credit will be removed. Swivul reserves the right to modify or end this program at any time. Other terms may apply.
